Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Products must be in the original packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
• Proof of purchase from NORVETHON is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely package the item, including a copy of your purchase receipt and the RMA number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy conditions.
